Introduction
Su Xiaolong, male, born in Hong Kong. In his youth, he was fortunate to receive personal guidance from the famous Hong Kong painter and calligrapher Zeng Rongguang. Since then, he has developed a strong interest in calligraphy and has diligently copied ancient tablet inscriptions. He later received guidance from the renowned seal carver and calligrapher Wu Gaoshih, gaining a further understanding of the art of writing. He also attempted to create works using large cursive script. In the years 2007 and 2008, he won third place in the National Cursive Script Competition. In recent years, he enjoys composing his own poetry and couplets, expressing his emotions, and bringing joy to himself and others! This has made his calligraphy more lively and interesting. Mr. Su is actively engaged in calligraphy education and has served as a calligraphy teacher in several primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and community centers in Hong Kong. He has created innovative teaching methods and tools such as "Xiaolong's Five-Point Holding Method", "Children's Water Calligraphy", and "Dragon Claw Brush"; along with his self-created content like the Three-Character Classic, nursery rhymes, and lively clapper songs, which are very well received by students, parents, and schools. In 2014, he was awarded the "Advanced Individual Title" by the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. In 2015, he was invited by the China Cursive Script Research Institute to participate in the "Commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of the Victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan - Remembering History, Cherishing Peace" calligraphy and painting exhibition held in Shanghai, and he received the "Peace Award".
